Ganulator knife

Ganulator knife:
Ganulator knife is installed in plastic ganulator used for plastic crushing. It has smash moving blade and stationary blade to work together to shatter plastic materials. Generally a pair of crusher blade have three pieces smash moving blade and 2 pieces stationary blade. The usual type is solid blade and inlaid blade.

Using materials of Rewinding blade:
65Mn Spring steel, 9crsi,SK5,T10 etc.

The coating of Rewinding blade:
TiN, A1TiN,TiCN TiA1N, TiCN, CrN.DLC etc

Application---
for all kinds of crushing recycled plastic materials such as ABS, PE, PP board etc.
